3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 Days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; ACEFAST Egypt is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty

Applicable products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty period as stated on the individual product page (e.g., 12-month warranty). Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue.
